LAYAWAY PLAN is a retail sales promotion scheme under which a customer deposits a fraction of the cost of the merchandise he or she wants but cannot buy at present. The store holds the merchandise until a certain date on or before which the customer completes the payment and takes the delivery.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Layaway plan works as simple as ABC. Just tell us where you want to have your vacation then we will give you a quotation. All quotations are with no extra charge. You will pay for the total amount of the tour you are availing without interests. Once we finalized everything, an initial payment of 20% of the total amount of the package will be collected. The remaining balance will be divided depending on the time existing between your first payment until the final payment. Once last payment is settled, all travel documents will be released and just enjoy your vacation.

PROCEDURE

1. Just tell us where you want to go and we’ll find the best deal for you.
2. Start tour layaway plan by submitting a request and we will give you the quotation within 24-48 hours. Once we finalized everything, we will send you the contract for the program for you to sign.
3. Make the initial payment. Submit your payments through bank or visit our office.
4. Forward the contract and the receipt of your payments to us.
5..Get ready for your vacation. Upon submission of your last payment, your appropriate travel documents will be sent to you. 

ACCOUNTING

No need to worry about accounting because we’ll do that for you. Every payment will be recorded and we will issue receipts. We will also let you know when your next payment shall be as well as the amount to be paid. All payments made will be shown in the receipt so that you could track what you have been paying. 
Note: If payment is made through bank, please keep the deposit slip and scan copy to us.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The program is open to all who wants to avail our packages.
2. Airfare is on book and buy basis only. Should the package you are availing is with airfare, airfare should be paid in full and the rest of the account can be paid with the layaway plan.
3. Minimum of 2 persons to avail.
4. Once the contract is entered into, the package you selected will be put on reserve until it is fully paid.
5. A non-refundable initial payment of twenty percent (20%) of the total package price is required. The remaining eighty percent (80%) will be equally divided depending on the time existing until travel dates.
6. There are no interest nor service charge for the program; you only make payments towards the total package amount.
7. You may cancel your layaway contract 30 days prior to travel dates, however, cancellation fee shall apply. Refund is processed within 30-60 days from date of cancellation.
8. Any cancellations made less than 30 days before travel period is strictly not allowed. Any payments made will not be refunded. NO SHOW will not be refunded as well.
